Rain season is bringing many snakes to find shelter at our compound. One chicken was taken down. They believe it was the snake. We are on high alert as we enter the chicken house because of this problem. In a few weeks when the eggs are laid, we know they will come for them, so we must be careful. We will take the hog to the breeder via motorcycle or bijaji in a few weeks. After that we wait for 114 days until the little hogs come again.

Shalom and Joyce are sick today with a chest problem. This morning both of them were taken to the hospital for treatment and medicine. They travelled by motorcycle. This is not good in rain season, so we must try to find the fund for a vehicle.

House of the children is finished. All that remains is one window. The workers are building it. We need 6 more tin sheets and the roof on kitchen will be complete.

Children who will be attending school need uniforms, shoes and socks. Each child will need 2 uniforms so one can be cleaned and the other worn. We will contact our ladies in Morogoro to come and make the uniform. Children to young to go to school will attend Nursery School at our compound. When they graduate Nursery School then they can attend Standard 1. Gasper and the others made it safely home to Mosquito River. It was a very long journey and they were away a long time.

I am working on video presentation for the 24th. Also, we have received some funding in the form of sponsorships for some of the children. I will be matching up the funds and donors with the child and creating a budget for the new year. Additionally, I will begin the process of finding our plane tickets for the February mission. Looking into our evisa, and medical procedures needed for flight. Spoke with Gasper and received a good report on the children other than those that are sick but thankful to Peter for taking them to the hospital. That is what we want him to do. He is doing a good job.
